After evaluating the current staffing strategy, I believe the current staffing strategy will not be sufficient in aligning with the new strategic goals of New Health Medical Systems and the requirement to fill 35 new positions. The current strategy is only focusing on acquiring talent within the local area. It has been shown that there is a lack of skilled technicians within the local region. Research has shown that the skilled technicians in the local region are already employed and content in their current jobs and are not actively seeking employment with other organizations. We must change our strategy and attract new talent to align with the strategic goal. To do this, I recommend: 1.Expand the search to a regional and national level
