Along with the cultural diversity inherent in a multi-cultural environment it comes with confusion about how to behave. People don’t always know how to interact with others from different ethnic and racial backgrounds. In fact, people don’t even know whether their behavior should be different. In this assignment it is whereby networkings is to be explained, clarified and analyze the importance of networking, not forgetting to outline how networking skills can be improved in order to implement strategies to solve problems. While the concept of a networking in multi-cultural organization has been well-documented, what takes the model to a new level today are the capabilities enabled by social media applications and intelligent networks.
