The executive order, signed by President Reagan in December 4, 1981 it permits government intelligence agencies to monitor certain content without a court order or warrant by having some relationship with foreign organizations or persons and adjusted commonly since, is the power depended upon by the knowledge organizations, including the NSA, to lead surveillance of foreigners outside of the United States. As indicated by late reports, on the other hand, the government depends upon the executive order to spy on the international communications of countless Americans and it gather billions of records and it also collects Telephone calls, emails and electronic communications, the NSA relies on Executive Order 12333. These spied communications are stored for five years, as described by a document that the Director of National Intelligence recently declared. The search system, named ICREACH, contains information on the private communications of foreigners as well as, it appears, millions of Americans not accused of any wrongdoing. The NSA has used Executive Order 12333 to justify, among other things, the interception of unencrypted data between Google and Yahoo data centers. Executive order 12333 has been corrected three times. It was revised by Executive order13284 on January 23, 2003 and was then altered by Executive order 13555 on August 27, 2004. Executive order 13555 was subtitled "strengthened Management of the Intelligence Community" . Executive order 13555 somewhat supplemented and superseded Executive order 12333. On July 30, 2008, President George W. Bush signed Executive order 13470, which further supplemented and superseded Executive order 12333 to strength the part of the Director of National Intelligence.
