Goal Attack
Before the start of the game the Goal attack is using the aerobic system predominantly as they are standing there breathing waiting for the game to start. Then eg, They sprint to retrieve a pass, ATP-PC system is being used as the predominant source. Then if they continuing to keep running for more than 15 seconds lactic acid is being predominantly used. For the overall game they will be using the aerobic system but if a high intensity effort is needed for eg, Spriting then shooting the latic acid system would come into interplay but the aerobic would stay the main contributer. In the quarter time/half time, they should have replenished most/ if not 98% of her PC stores. Then it starts over again. Goal Keeper

For the overall game they will be using the aerobic system but if a high intensity effort is needed for eg, Spriting to intercept the latic acid system would come into interplay but the aerobic would stay the main contributer.
