For any modern country all over the world the business firms' theme is very important, because a level of this companies' development indicates all economical situation in the region. If we look in Korean economical structure, it is easy to see that the computer technology's sector plays a big role. That is a reason why I've chosen NCSoft as the object for this paperwork. NCSoft is a famous video game development company that was founded in March 1997 by Kim T.J. NCSoft provides massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs), such as Lineage, City of Heroes, Aion and other games which enjoys wide popularity all over the world. This company works not inly in South Korea but has their offices in USA and Europe, has a cooperation agreement with Russian and Asian firms. The Company acquired a 76.35% stake in Ntreev Soft Co., a Korea-based online game producer and software developer, on March 2, 2012. On December 24, 2012, it sold its entire shares of NC Interactive Inc., which mainly engages in the online game service, and established a new wholly owned subsidiary, NC West Holdings. NCSoft had to overcome a lot of problems to rich such success. On April 27, 2007, Seoul Metropolitan Police said that seven former employees of NCsoft are suspected of selling the Lineage III ource code to a major Japanese game company. According to NCsoft, the potential damages may exceed US$1 billion. However this incident could lead the Company to a great collapse, NCSoft company management was able to get over the all difficulties and continue to develop their firm. A lot of socially useful programmes are lead by NCSoft. For example, they support to develop and research games for children with cognitive disorders.
