The Natural Capitalism theory shows, how people decisions and needs influence on external environment: nature, animals and all others. It doesn’t mean that ,this way of thinking wanted from us become more confident and careful about nature, but it shows, that there are still a lot of opportunities which people can support and apply ,in order to change modern tendency of pollution process and uncontrolled wastes. The theory of Natural Capitalism was explained in book: “Natural Capitalism: Creating the Next Industrial Revolution “co-authored by Paul Hawken, Amory Lovins and Hunter Lovins. Book was published in 1999 and tries to describe connection and dependence between global economy and natural recourses. Moreover authors said that only after “New Industrial Revolution’’, people can understand the whole positive result of using new technologies with care of environment. Authors suggested that all goods will be less expensive and will contain less materials, and it means that more and more productions will be able to restore their capital by them selves. According to the authors, the "next industrial revolution" depends on the espousal of four central strategies: * the conservation of resources through more effective manufacturing processes, * the reuse of materials as found in natural systems,

* a change in values from quantity to quality, and investing in natural capital * or restoring and sustaining natural resources.

To sum up, it cold be said, that main idea of this theory forced on the changing the whole science as economy are. It means that, applying of such concepts will cause a real revolution in whole world and each part of human life. Economy never used to count: environment, clean air and water, animals and other natural recourses, as a real asset on its own balance sheet.
