1. Short note on fasting. Difference between fasting and starvation.
A. “when a patient stops taking food, the disease and not the patient dies of starvation.”
    Fasting is done when body needs no food for improvement of health, it do not harm but it gives rest to digestive system, it’s a rapid elimination of toxins from the body.
    During fasting liver is activated and body becomes healthy.
    Natural resistance power of the faster is increased along with the firmness of mind and self-confidence. In the fasting period, first of all the body burns foreign and toxic elements in order to obtain nourishment. At same time, catabolism of blood sugar and fats begins to take place. As the result, the body is now well nourished. Fasting gives the maximum benefits the patients suffering from Obesity, stiff joints, Cold, Digestive disorders, Body ache, Backache, Irregular menstruation, Infertility, Burning micturition, Malaria, Appendicitis etc.                         Difference between fasting and starvation:
    Fasting and starvation are two different aspects.
    Fasting is the condition in which body needs no food but; starvation is the condition in which body get no food.
    Fasting causes no harm but starvation may cause ones death.
2. What is Chromopathy? Healing power of major colours?
A.Chromopathy is the treating the disease by using sunlight and different colours. (“Chromo”- colour and “pathy”- treatment).
    Chromopathy helps in both to prevent or to cure disease. Colours can stimulate, or depress, give us appetite or make us feel ill. It can affect our thoughts and emotions, our health and efficiency. Colours always establish the life force. The ray of sun carry all the elements which are need to re-establish and maintain the health of the body. The radiations of sunlight are absorbed by, the nervous system and distributed by, it and the blood stream to various parts of the body.
