INTRODUCTION
1. Background
Financial Performance evaluation of a National Feed Mill Limited is a critical matter. Financial Performance measurement and evaluation is very much important for proper control mechanism and ensure the continue growth of the company. This is the major area, which reflects the total picture of the Company. Financial performance is the indicator of the whole performance of the Company because a financial sound position is the strength as a whole. Basically all the performance like operation, managerial, market etc. all is the related area of the financial performance. The overall performance of the Company depends on the operational activities of the Company, inside relationship of management and attitude of the stakeholders towards the Company.
2. Statement of the Problem
To performing the financial task and run the company properly, company face some problem. Those problems described below:
1. Poor asset quality: For the cost minimization company sometimes purchase poor quality machine. This is negative result for long term.
2. Mismanagement: In all the work place there is some mismanagement with top management or owner of the company and other employee. This company trying to over it. If company can overcome this mismanagement than company will perform well.
3. Poor supervision: Mismanagement conducts only for poor supervision. For the batter Performance Company needs to improve supervision.
4. Political Interference: Political unrest is major barrier for any business. Due to political instability National Feed Mill Ltd can’t supply their product on time. That is why company faces financial losses.
