I. The Goals of My Off-Campus Practice
The purpose of the practicum training is to provide the students with opportunities to integrate and apply knowledge, values, and skills gained in the classroom. In addition, it seeks to provide students the needed skills to raise and maintain the highest standards and quality in practice of the profession. Off campus practice gives knowledge and training to practicum students to apply the theories learn from classroom setting. A preparation for us in the business world particularly in the field of finance and accounting to be able to meet the demands of the real world. The main goals of this training are to acquire self confidence and to develop interpersonal skills which are essential weapons in our future employment. These skills are really needed for the progression of our maturity and this will lead to the improvement of social skills of the student in practice of their profession. Some of the skills needed to be developed are the following:

I.A. Personal skills
* Optimism
* An important attitude to equip oneself in the workplace, a daily positive way of thinking especially when it comes to stressful situations. To look at the brighter side of problems as challenges to progress oneself in fixing future troubles. A way of thinking that there is always a silver lining I every dilemma, that it can always be surpassed. * Self-confidence

* Objectively analyzing your own situation, skills and qualities, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses, and acknowledging areas for improvement. Reflecting on and accurately judging your efforts and progress. * Commitment

* Being dependable, trustworthy and putting everything into your work. Willingness to commit an obligation to your goals and persevering towards those goals. Possessing a determination to achieve success, focusing on the target of your commitments

* Flexibility
