HIGHLIGHTS OF THE OFFICE PRACTICUM EXPERIENCE

On the job training gave as experience in working on the actual environment that we, as student, will soon be living for.Working as a trainee is so challenging knowledgeable. It taught me basic skills required for an office employee like encoding, filing, check and other documents and answering the phone, and also to socializing to other. To post precious thing that this training gave me is being aware to the fact that there are still lots of thing that I should know to learn how to be competitive office worker. It makes me realized that it is a must to learn how to deal with different people of different values and attitudes, the significance of the concept of cooperation and teamwork. Another is that I started to become a self-conscious person with regret to my physical appearance, to look presentable upon executing any task.

In the month of November I start my On-the-Job training in the Office of the Board Member Lourdes “BUNSO” De Luna Pasatiempo at the PARUDEV Training Center Catanauan. And I am so excited on my first day, because I have been giving a chance to experience a life of being an office worker. So it because of my exiting, I bring a lot of more expectation about the job that I am going to take, and I meet Mr. Rogel V. Dioquino. He is a Chief of Staff of Bokal De Luna.

On the month of November in my OJT,
