In Different colleges and universities students are allowed to be trained. On the job training or OJT is one method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. This training helps students to be responsible and to know its importance in our everyday life. In this training, they want students or the trainees to be knowledge not only in school or in campus but also learn from their experience. For a lot of trainees or students, an OJT provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real equipments and documents. The effect of the establishment for the student trainee is to learn more about his chosen field and practice what he has learn from their universities. In training, OJT’s can help and give new ideas if they saw mistakes or things that can’t help for the development of the establishment. Having this kind of program or on-the-job trainees can truly be beneficial not only to the trainees but also to the companies that provide opportunities for this type of learning. Such training can be an investment that will be valuable to the company later on. For the establishment having trainees is important because trainees help them in their development. The trainee conducted her 650 hours training at Tagaytay Haven Hotel from November 22 to March 22, 2013.
