I would be very remiss if I did not thank the many people who helped me survive my On-the-Job training and to be more effective and efficient.

To my Loving parents who have been my rock; I don’t know how anyone does this without a dad’s good advice and a mom’s shoulder to cry on.

To John Paul Jolimar A. Ramirez who had been and always be my inspiration all throughout, thank you for your loving concerns and support for me.

To Mrs. Rebecca Apoy our On-the-job training adviser and coordinator to guide my career with genius and finesse it is comforting to know that I am in such good hand.

I can’t believe how lucky I was to meet Miss Casey T. Delos Santos, sales manager for her moral support, advices throughout the difficult stages of my On-the-job training.

Thanks to Miss Marita Bonsocan, accounting manager for being so in tune in comes to advices and helping me the best ways to express and to build more my self confidence.

To Miss Jackie Pocday, front desk officer for her invaluable input and encouraging enthusiasm.

To Mr. Jericho T. Delos Santos, front office supervisor, I am thrilled to have a friend and accomplice who are so insightful, talented and patient with my winning.

Mr. Jose Mari Liwanag “The Big Belly Chef” thanks for your unwavering faith in my work for believing and encouraging me through all the time during my training.

Mr. Ryan housekeeping supervisor, a gargantuan thank you for threatening us as your close friend, for giving us your trust and for being friendly all the time.

Above all, to God Almighty, the core, the meaning and strength of all my endeavors. Whose presence and love I fell in all wonderful and not so wonderful people He gave me. For the gift of knowledge, family and friends.

I lovingly dedicated this work to my loving family who has been my constant source of inspiration. For their love and support to my adviser and coordinator and for those people who had a big part of my On-the-job training, they had given me the drive and discipline to tackle any task with enthusiasm and determination. I am very much gratified for the support and understanding my friends and special someone. To MPT thank you for allowing us and for giving us a chance to train in your company. Most of all to our Lord who gives me strength, knowledge and wisdom, who always there to guide and support me, most specially for loving unconditionally. I can tell it is a true labor of love for you all and I appreciate it more than you know. I wish I could give you a big hug!!!

To God be the Glory.
