The undersigned subsequently transferred to the post of the Managing Director, West BengaL State Minor Irrigation Corporation Limited vide order No. Dated. .where status of the undersigned established again as Additional Chief Engineer in the Department. Again the undersigned transferred to the post of Additional Director(EW), SWID which perhaps is not covered by existing recruitment rules of the post. Promotion to the vacant post of Chief Engineer/Director are given from the feeder post/ rank according to the seniority as per existing rules.
