2. A cardio Respiratory endurance | Beep Test (V02) | Rating | 12 min Run (VO2) | Rating | My Score | 8.4 (41.1) | Fair | 2040 (35.7) | Very Poor | Class Average | 6.3 (36.9) | Poor | 1793 (31.9) | Very Poor | When I was doing the Beep test achieved the level 8 and shuttle 4 which gave a VO2 of 41.1. The reason I could not push on further is because I got a dry throat and badly needed a drink. I also accumulated lactic acid into my thigh and calf muscles around level 7.6 and at 8.4 I decided to stop. I achieved the rating of fair which was above the class average of poor. I was fairly happy with the result as I only train for swimming on the summer months and hardly do so in the winter months.
In the 12 minute run I fatigued about half way through but jogged most of the way. I placed about fourth in the class with 2040 metres and a VO2 of 35.7. This gave a rating of very poor which I found incredibly harsh because only two people in the class got above this rating who are very fit.
Body Mass Index | BMI | Rating | Skinfold | Rating | My Score | 18.6 | Underweight | 15.7% | Acceptable | Class Average | 21 | Healthy | 22.1% | Moderately Obese | My body mass index was 18.6 which rated as underweight. My BMI was lower than the class average of 21 which rated as healthy. I rarely put on weight as my metabolism is very high. In the skinfold test I got 15.7% which rated as acceptable. The class average was. The skinfold is hard to comment on because you can’t really change that about someone. The morning was cold which means people’s skin will be different to if it were a hot day.

Flexibility | Sit and reach (cm) | Rating | Right arm over Left under | Rating | Left arm over Right under | Rating | My score | 11 | Above average | 3 | Above average | 5 | Excellent | Class average | 10 | average | 4 | Above average | 2 | Above average | The sit and reach test I achieved the result of 11cm

Paul’s performance level is 45.6 wpm and has a slope of 1.2. After Paul’s Tier 2 progress monitoring was calculated, Paul is adequately making progress. This is considered with the low score on his performance level. These outcomes are concerning for the support team members because he is on the borderline of making progress and not comprehending the intensive instructions of Tier 2. If we place him back to Tier 1, their can be a risk of him declining in his scores again. My recommendation would be to continue Tier 2 instructions until his performance level scores…

This scared me because I have always been a very athletic guy and never thought this would be my issue. I have committed myself after seeing my scored to eat a less fat diet to help my body composition. Also getting in the gym more and doing more callisthenic exercises to improve my muscular endurance and strength. Try to run two miles at least twice a week or run a mile every other day. From the beginning, Elie Wiesel's work details the threshold of his adult awareness of Judaism, its history, and its significance to the devout. His emotional response to stories of past persecution contributes to his faith, which he values as a belief system rich with tradition and unique in its philosophy. A divisive issue between young Elie and Chlomo is the study of supernatural lore, a subset of Judaic wisdom that lies outside the realm of Chlomo's pragmatism. To Chlomo, the good Jew attends services, prays, rears a family according to biblical dictates, celebrates religious festivals, and reaches out to the needy, whatever their faith.…

The Fourth of July has been celebrated, for hundreds of years, as the independence of America from its oppressor Great Britain. This day signifies a day of victory and triumph over the injustice that reigned over the newly formed colonies. However, Frederick Douglass in his lecture What to the Slave is the Fourth of July? portrays the sadness and disdain that he feels for this day. Having once lived under the chains of slavery, Douglass is especially aware of the hypocrisy that this nation takes part in as it celebrates liberty, justice and independence. Douglass fervently critiques the institution of American slavery and the ideals behind it by depicting the mockery and hypocrisy behind the beliefs that protect the chains of slavery upon innocent human biengs.…

In 2003, Ray and Joan Kroc donated $1.5 billion of matching funds to the Salvation Army to construct 30 Ray and Joan Kroc Community Centers (KROC center) [1]. Memphis, Tennessee was chosen as a site for one of the centers in 2005. The community centers provide facilities for K-12 students to play games that contain puzzles and tasks that intellectually challenge and stimulate players. The goal of this project is to design an interactive environment for young people to carry out missions that promote team building and improve mathematical skills. The interactive components, located in the Auto Zone Challenge Center (ACC) in the KROC center, includes the development of games that use the existing environment in the ACC by adding components such as floor sensors, interactive lighting, and sound effects, combining them to make interactive activities. The work includes the organizing, planning, building, and testing of the devices and components used in the puzzles and games by a team of three electrical engineering students. All missions should be fun and educational and meet the requirements of the Salvation Army to serve the youth of all ages in the Memphis Area.…
