COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Perfect Shoes Company, Inc. (Perfect Shoes), incorporated in 1913, is a global footwear retailer and wholesaler. The Company’s activities include the operation of retail shoe stores and e-commerce Websites, as well as the sourcing and marketing of footwear for women and men. During the fiscal year ended January 28, 2012 (fiscal 2011), categories of its consolidated net sales were approximately 63% women’s footwear and 47% men’s footwear. Approximately 66% of fiscal 2011, footwear sales represented retail sales, including sales through its e-commerce Websites. Perfet Shoes retail operations at January 28, 2012.

The objectives for the first three years of operation include: 1. To create a product-based retail store whose primary goal is to exceed customer's expectations 2. To increase the number of clients served by 20% per year by serving an unmet need with outstanding selection and customer service. 3. To develop a start-up business, surviving off of its own cash flow.
