Glenwood, Glenwood, Glenwood, lol. Man its been a journey for me at Glenwood. Coming to Glenwood was the best decision my mom has made in my life. Before I came to Glenwood I lived in the dangerous part of the south side of Chicago. My family and I lived in a two bedroom apartment. The contributors were my new friends that I found at Glenwood. There’s only 3 words that can describe Glenwood, “ a learning experience”. I don’t think that there is no other place on this planet that could have gave me the opportunities and life lessons that Glenwood has given me. I have learned to respect authority. Most importantly is to take responsibility for my actions. Glenwood I believe has prepared me for the outside world.
Every house parent that was here and is here now has taught me something. First I would like to thank the...
