High School Memories
My best experience was graduating high school. Starting high school was a whole new phase in my life. High School made my whole life changed around and made me realize it’s time to grow up. I met many new people and many new friends. I enjoyed going to school dances with a group of my friends. During my years of high school, I changed from a charter school to a catholic school. I have many memories from my high school years.
The high school I started at was The Philadelphia Academy Charter High School. I went there for the first two and a half years of my high school life. I wasn’t very happy in that school because the students were very cruel and obnoxious. I associated with the teachers more than I did with the students. Then one day I came home and I told my parents that I didn’t want to go there anymore. I felt like an outsider and I felt like I didn’t belong there.
The school I decided that I wanted to go to was Saint Hubert’s. I started there my junior year. Before I started there, I was afraid to go there because it was an all-girl school, and I didn’t get along with the girl’s at my other school. Going to Saint Hubert’s was the best decision I ever made. I met many new friends and became more social. Saint Hubert’s made me become a woman of faith and integrity. I loved going to Saint Hubert’s. The teachers, faculty, and students are all so helpful.
I have so many memories from Saint Hubert’s. They also have so much things going on at that school. In the month of November, we have Susie Hubert day. That day is when each homeroom picks a theme and gets dressed up. Each grade has their own color. Freshmen are green, sophomores are blue, juniors are pink, and seniors are yellow.
