Mergers and acquisitions (M&As) comprises the characteristics of business strategies, investments, and management arrangements relating to the purchase, sale, distribution, and unity of diverse businesses and analogous entities that can facilitate, invest, or rapidly improve a company’s growth without having to generate a subsidiary, or without the use of a joint venture.   In an acquisition, one company takes over another company clearly establishing itself as the new company owner, and neither of the former companies continues to exist on its own (Peng, 2011, p. 158-159).   The process of acquiring and organizing an acquisition is very complex, and may have many factors influencing its outcome.
