Muslim Brotherhood Diplomacy?

The Muslim Brotherhood is an Islamic religious and political organization dedicated to the establishment of a nation based on Islamic principles. Founded by Hassan Al-Banna in 1928, it is the most influential Islamic organization in the world. The muslim brotherhood through it's actions and words, has proven that it is a very anti-american group, wants to completely change our way of life, and resents the beliefs of the United States.

On September 11, 2012, the United States Embassies in Tunisia, Yemen, and Sudan were flooded by Muslim protesters. The muslim brotherhood was a very large part in the plan and attack, showing their anti-american side. President Obama has made many statements about how the muslim brotherhood was not apart of this plot and how it all started over an insulting film. Yet, the film came out the same day the protests started and it is highly unlikely that the muslim protesters were carrying hand grenades and anti-american signs in their back packets. This was a planned assault against the Americans which the muslim brotherhood was apart of. On twitter the muslim brotherhood tweeted this in Arabic: “Egyptians rise to defend the prophet.” Yet in english they tweeted this: “We r relieved none of @USEmbassyCairo staff were harmed & hope US-Eg relations will sustain turbulence of Tuesday’s events” The Unites States later responded by tweeting: “Thanks. By the way, have you checked out your own Arabic feeds? I hope you know we read those too.” Even the United States can see how the muslim brotherhood is two-faced and yet for some reason they want to pursue diplomacy with them? Why would we want to pursue diplomacy with people who are anti-american and oppose all of our beliefs?

The muslim brotherhood believe that the Islamic nation or muslims are the “masters of the world”. They truly and full heartedly believe that their race is superior to all others and that if you do not believe in their ways then you must die. The United States is...
