The main objective of this study to explain two of the main managerial styles and prove the certain theories with the practical examples from the well-known people of business either current managers of past. This paper including two managerial styles Democratic and Autocratic styles. For the practical example was chosen the Michael O’Leary, according to the Biography of Michael O’Leary, is the Irish business man also a CEO of the Ryanair (Ryanair is the most popular airlines in Europe for the year 2010-201) (The Times). He was born in1961in Mullingar in Westmeath Ireland. His business career started in the 1991 as a deputy chief executive in Ryanair, later n in 1994 he became CEO of the Ryanair. The Ryanair airline has been established in the 1985, Ryanair has grown from a small airline flying a short distances from Waterford to London into one of Europe's largest carriers. After the rapidly growing airline went public in 1997, the money raised was used to expand the airline into a pan-1European carrier. Revenues increased from €231 million in 1998, to €1843 million in 2003 and €3013 million in 2010. Similarly net profits have increased from €48 million to €339 million over the same period. The former of the Irish multi-millionaire, philanthropist and businessman, Thomas Anthony ‘‘Tony’’ Ryan (1936-2007) co-founded Ryanair with Christy Ryan and Liam Longerman in 1985. Before co-founding Ryanair, Tony Ryan was an employee of Aer Lingus, the flag carrier of Ireland. Aer Lingus operates a fleet of Airbus aircrafts serving North America, Europe and North Africa. It is on record that it is Ireland’s oldest and second largest airline after Ryanair. At the moment, it is the 15th largest airline in Europe. Apart from the fortune Tony Ryan made from founding Guinness Peat Aviation (GPA), which was a commercial aircraft sales and leasing company established in 1975 by Aer Lingus, the Guinness Peat Group, most of Ryan’s wealth came from Ryanair.
