INTRODUCTION
Nursing in general is the process of caring or nurturing for another individual who needs healthcare services. This Function is expected or should be carried as a science, profession and service. Exposing to a hospital area will let nursing students to learn and practice more than lecture has to do. In addition to that, nursing students will hone the necessary attitude, knowledge and skills needed in a real life setting.

Nursing case studies are conducted because of three aspects, learning, familiarizing and involvement. These aspects will also help both student nurses and patients in promoting good health and practicing the nursing process efficiently and effectively.

We choose to take the case of Mr. CCD who went to the hospital to seek medical help regarding his current health problem. He was diagnosed of Cerebrovascular Accident. Prior to that, our chosen client and his significant others were very accommodating and cooperative. With that reasons, we could do a case study that will be of use to us and to others.
