Performance measurement systems was developed to monitor and maintain control over organisation, it ensures that the strategies that are pursued by the organisation leads to the accomplishment of objectives and overall targets. The organisation that follows Facilities management must know how to make development from measurement to management so that the organisation can effectively use the results of performance management. A good performance management can only be achieved by anticipating the changes that are needed for the effective strategies of the organisation and by reflecting the strategic changes by effective methodology. Performance management brings positive changes to the culture of organisation. It allocates and prioritises resources to the system and processes and provides directions to meet the objectives and goals of the organisation. It enlightens managers about policies and programmes required to achieve the goals. The results that are achieved by the performance measurement results are used to provide feedback which can be helpful in the development of organisation.
