my name is Guillaume Hébrard and I am seeking for new investors in my company Motrada Handels GmbH. It is a software/internet services company that develops sells and provide a business-to-business re-marketing service with an online internet application. This application, allow us to sale used product easily. We are able to generate platforms that fit the customer needs. At the moment, Motrada is focusing on platforms for the used car market in Europe. But in the future, we will expand the company in other products and to global markets. Most of my professional career was in the car sales industry, so I got a lot of knowledge in it. I was working for Citroen and I have been promoted to sales director of a subsidiary in Vienna and while working at this position, I became aware of the problems and inefficiencies within the used car business. This is why I launched Motrada, there is a huge market in the B2B Used Car Market. The Executive summary and the Pro Forma forecast will follow in this document. We are seeking $ 500,000 in return for 30% equity in the company. The funds will be used to expand the company to various states as well as provide a wider range of products and to expand in global markets.

Experience and capabilities
Guillaume studied in accounting at a business school in Rouen, France. This leaded to an appointment with Citroen, where he built a strong network of friends and fully immersed himself in the skills necessary to perform successfully in this industry. He worked in a full-time position to support their sales team in a financial and controlling position. Also, Citroen gave the responsibility of consulting for licensed the dealers in Austria. Then, he was promoted to business and sales director, where he was responsible for the branch’s new and used car sales.
He is a 10 years veteran in the automotive industry and by being responsible for the new and used car sales; he is very knowledgeable about the used car industry. While being in managerial positions, he learned how to manage people and improved his problem-solving capabilities.
