OCPT against VODACOM CONGO
National companies such as OCPT face a big problem in Democratic Republic of Congo: The lack of competitiveness, many factors can be identified as the cause of this problem. How can companies such as OCPT improve his competitiveness? In this paper we consider how the practices of Benchmark can help companies to enhance and improve their competitiveness Many lessons can be learn by benchmarking VODACOM Congo which is a very competitive companies in telecommunications in Congo, one of the lessons to be learn from Vodacom Is the Impact of Motivation in Job satisfaction Using Herzberg Two Factor Theory I illustrate how OCPT can improve by eliminating job dissatisfaction factors and increasing Job Satisfaction factors as Vodacom do The purpose of this paper is to emphasize on the need for companies to seek ways for improving their competitiveness we show by this work that enterprises owned by the government can be more competitive by using benchmarking as a competitive tool. Job‘s motivation is presented as one of the result of the benchmarking. 2 Introduction
