EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The aim of this report is to find out the employees’ motivation in the workplace:-

The following methods were adopted in the collection of data for this report purposes:-

1. Personal interview with the General Manager of the company and Head of each Department 2. Separate interview with the employees from different level 3. Document analysis, attendance report, Performance Appraisal

From the information gathered, the following were being identified:-

1. poor attendance
2. poor performance
3. decreased of profit
4. low productivity

The report also includes the recommendation of what the company needs to do to motivate its employees and to enhance the business results.
