We respectfully submit our final report about implementation of motivational practices in our organization. In an effort to fully understand the issues surrounding the motivation policies, procedures, processes, and practices impacting the employee of National Bank of Pakistan we have interacted with several employees, have conducted a survey with them and also conduct an interview with Dr. Mirza Abrar Baig SEVP/ Group Chief HRM & Administration Group.
