Motivation influence to do work or act. It is in new impulse to encourage person to act in particular way. In an organisational word, it means it give confidence to an employee to act in desires manner. It is suggest employees not only to act in disciplined manner but also to act in efficient and productive manner. To achieve an organisational objective the employee should be motivate therefore to induce, stimulate, persuade and even to compel. Motivation comprises with all internal urges which has been explained as need, desire, and wishes etc which force people to strive of doing thing.
Motivation refers to force that direct (energize) a person to work harder. Performance and productivity organisation determines the employee’s ability in the work and working on environment. Even the motivates employees have the willingness and desire to do the job in fast and efficient way through training and development.
Types of motivation
Motivation in organisational setting comes from intrinsic and extrinsic sources.
Intrinsic motivation: Motivations which come from inside the senses rather than from outside rewards is known as intrinsic motivation. When skilled employees do the job well he/she get a sense of satisfaction. This type of motivation is usually done by its internal activities and direct from spring relation between the situation and the individual. Intrinsic motivation is that which constantly try to shout on squash throw grasp and bite at new things which they encounter and it is cleanly visible in young infant, woman, adults are more likely intrinsically motivated while making painting, doing gardening, playing crosswords and watching movie.
