MOS burger services is trading as MOS burger, it is a fast-food restaurant chain that originated in Japan. It is now the second largest fast-food franchises in Japan after MacDonald’s and owns numerous overseas outlets over East Asia, including Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.1 (Jimmy Wales, http://www.mosburger.com.sg)
Nowadays, the MOS burger uses a bun made of rice mixed with barley and millet. This is different from MacDonald’s. In Singapore, MOS burger is also very popular. Many people want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there. MOS has cooked up four hearty and healthy breakfast dishes to put you right on track for the day ahead. As such there are lots of customers queuing up for their feed. Sometimes, there are not enough sitting. People just stand in a queue. Fast-food that represents fast, but for some customers, they will wait for five to ten minutes to get the food. It is a long time for the customers waiting to take the meal. Although, MOS burger is very popular among Singaporeans. Other people do not like MOS burger because of their service. The nearest competitor of MOS burger is McDonald’s. Other people think that MacDonald is more convenient that MOS burger. So, I will use brainstorming to think more service to MOS burger. For MOS burger outlets, they must provide better service for customers. Booking food online is the way for them to attract more customers. It is very convenient for customers, who can order food from home and employees will deliver the food to their home directly. In the shop, there are a lot of people always standing outside and waiting for their food. The MOS burger shop needs more seats for the customers. People can enjoy food at the shop. The meal for children is also important, the meal is called the Kids Club Meal and it is primarily positioned against the popular happy
