Money is involved with everything, that is why you can never have enough of it. In general money isn’t needed in order to live, but in the world we live in today it is. I agree with Anna Quindlen and the fact we spend our money on useless things we don’t need. Even our government and country spend money on useless stuff we don’t need, such as a big military, malls, casinos, ect. We should be putting our money to better use such as better schools and trying to get our country out of debt instead of digging a deeper hole that pretty soon we wont be able to get out of. Save our money for things you actually need, new clothes, food, education, donate it to charity instead of buying a new TV you don’t need. There are tons of things you could be spending your money on other than useless junk.

People are constantly always trying to get the latest trend, I-phone, I-pad, big TV’s, the hottest clothes, games and tons more. All that junk isn’t necessary, you should be saving your money and using it for your education. Now a days education is so important when it comes to finding a job, and you need money in order to pay for tuition, books, ect. I personally have been saving for about 4 years now I have over 50 jars full of change and dollar bills set aside for collage. I could’ve spent that money on video games or clothes, but no, I’m being smart and saving it for something actually important.

Our government even spends money on things we don’t really need, like the military for example. Our government spends 683.7 billion on the military, that is completely ridiculous! Yes I understand we need protection, but its not necessary to have to have the biggest military out of all the countries, most of the time we aren’t even in combat, and when we are its usually us poking are heads into other countries business. We should be using most of the money on better...
