Which of your wellness goals is the most important to you? Explain why.
My social goal is most important right now because I haven’t seen most of my friends since school got out. We can’t drive.

My target heart rate zone is 112 bpm to 174 bpm.

Were you able to maintain your workouts within your calculated target heart rate zone? Explain which activities you enjoyed most and which best helped you stay in your THR zone.

Yes, I was able to maintain my workouts within my calculated THR, though walking my dog, playing with my dog and swimming.

    I got fifty percent or above on my entire percentile scores but one which compared to some classmates wasn’t bad. My only issue was my flexibility that I received a ten percent. This scared me because I have always been a very athletic guy and never thought this would be my issue. I have committed myself after seeing my scored to eat a less fat diet to help my body composition. Also getting in the gym more and doing more callisthenic exercises to improve my muscular endurance and strength. Try to run two miles at least twice a week or run a mile every other day.
