Introduction.
Human resources management is (HRM, or simply HR) is function in organization designed to maximize employee performance in service of their employer’s strategic.HRM is the organization function that deal with issues related to people such as comperisation hiring, performance management, organization develop,safety,wellness,benefits,employee motivation, communications, administration and training.

The fact to be considered when recruiting in health and social care such as planning recruitment policy overall aim of recruitment, organization objectives personnel policies of the organization, government policies, need for organization and confirm the vacancy, legislation for the post selection, recruitment cost and financial implications.
The factor to be described below in St Patrick’s nursing home before you can recruit new staff.Defining requirement is the most important factor for recruiting a candidate in St Patrick’s nursing home.
In St Patrick’s nursing home there are some opportunities to replace an employee for fulfilling the company needs. So it should be justified and check. Firstly requirement for the particular post should be set out in role profile form and person specification.
A role profile where competence, skills educational and experience requirement needs to be provided to asses a candidate in a easier way in interview. Moreover technical competencies behaviours and attitudinal requirement, qualification, training experience specific demands, manual handling competency special requirement .etc are need to be considered while recruiting the vacant post in St Patrick’s nursing home.
In St Patrick’s nursing home internal recruitment may be considered firstly but if the organisation become failure in the this method they have to advertise for

    The St. Vincent‘s hospital is a medium sized hospital with 260 beds and 450 registered nurses. Over the last decade the nursing turnover rate increased from 25% to 35%. This is due to a decline in an overall „nursing school enrollments“ and in addition to that St. Vincent‘s also closed their own School of Nursing, because of „fewer application“ and high financial operation cost. So the St. Vincent‘s hospital had to change their recruiting strategy due to reactive reasons instead of proactive longterm planning. That is already a poor motivation to change their strategy.
