The Soy-DRI behavioral simulation was designed with the goal of improving employee skills, confidence, practice, and efficacy with respect to ethical decision making. T h e simula- tion centers around a product misuse situation and the pending broadcast of an investigative news report. To complicate the situation, the chief executive officer is out of town and has given decision authority to a group of seven employees.
