DJIM is the realization of the partners dream of having their own business.

DJIM is a partnership business. The partners will share all the expenses. There will be an equal sharing of assets. Each of the partners must give at least 25% (Php 1,500,000.00) of the entire capital needed in order to start the construction and operation of the establishment. The amount needed to operate “DJIM” is Php 6,000,000.00. To come up with this amount, the partners, Irish Marie Cabrera, Jovelyn Valencia, Maylin Dumaldo, and Deziree Jaldo agreed to combine their assets and make an equal contribution to come up with the capital. Each partner will give Php 1,500,000.00. The partners were able to contribute this amount by the help of their family’s income.

The start-up costs for DJIM café and resto bar can be found in the chart and table below. Since the business property is located in an enterprise zone, property taxes on the property are abated for the initial years covered by the business plan. The owner/general manager will be responsible for maintaining insurance that will cover the loss of the building and all of its contents, as well as insurance covering business interruption and death or injury to herself.

DJIM will be located in BF Homes, Parañaque along Aguiree Street. The coffee shop will include a 30 person capacity eating area and the resto bar will include 300 person capacity areas.
