INTRODUCTION MINISTRY OF TOURISM
Malaysia is a very unique country. It has many interesting place to be visited. The interesting place is most popular among tourist in country or outside of the country. The examples of interesting place in Malaysia are beautiful Island such as Tioman Island, Langkawi Island, Pangkor Island and so on. Besides that, Malaysia also has beautiful and clean beach. Furthermore, Malaysia is rich with rain forest that has many flora and fauna. Because of this, Malaysia became popular place among tourist. The history of Malaysia Tourism, which is Tourist Development Corporation of Malaysia (TDC) was established on 10 August 1972 as an agency under the former Ministry of Trade and Industry by an Act of Parliament. It was with the inception of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism on 20 May 1987. Then, TDC was moved to this new ministry and became the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board (MTPB) through the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board Act 1992. Popularly known as Tourism Malaysia, its full focus is on promoting Malaysia domestically and internationally. The top management of Tourism Malaysia also known as Minister of Tourism had been led by the minister, deputy prime minister, secretary general and others. Dato' Seri Azalina binti Othman Said was the Tourism Minister in the previous Cabinet of Malaysia. Before that, she was the Youth and Sports Minister. She is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), the main component party of the ruling coalition Barisan Nasional. Then, on 9th April 2010, the Honourable Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen was subsequently appointed Minister of Tourism in Prime Minister , Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's new cabinet. Followed by Dato Dr. James Dawos Mamit as Deputy Minister of Tourism Malaysia Dato' Dr. Ong Hong Peng as Secretary General and other minister.

Next, Tourism Malaysia has grown by leaps and bounds with its focus on promoting Malaysia at the several levels such as international and domestic level. Their objective is to promote Malaysia as an outstanding tourist destination. With the growth of world tourism and Malaysia has potential as a tourism destination whereas has contributed to the change and focus in the country's tourism sector. Then, it also to showcase Malaysia's unique wonders, attractions and our varieties of cultures, such as develop domestic tourism and enhance

Malaysia's share of the market for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions. Thirdly is to encourage tourism and its related industries in Malaysia. This means that it is hoped this would help promote new investments in the country, as well as provide increased employment opportunities. The growth of tourism would also contribute positively to the country's economic development and quality of life.

Besides that, Tourism Malaysia has their vision and mission that they need to achieve as their target. Its vision is to market Malaysia as a destination of excellence and to make the tourism industry a major contributor to the socio-economic [1] development of the nation. By that they make a lot effort to spread Malaysia tourism to world. Their mission is to increase the number of foreign tourists to Malaysia by extending the average length of their stay and so increase Malaysia's tourism revenue. So, Tourism Malaysia comes out with a new way to meet their focus.

THE QUALITY INFRASTRUCTURE
The functions of infrastructure development division in Ministry of tourism Malaysia are to plan, implement and monitor physical and financial performance of tourism projects or products under the Ministry and the projects financed by the Ministry carried out by the implementing agencies at the state level.
