As we know leader has to direct and motivate subordinates, training, counseling, and communicating with subordinates. The manager has to reassure the employees of that decision and use the leadership power to help the employees.
2. A manager has decided to use the Hawthorne Studies to improve productivity in an office. How would she accomplish this? Would the results be short- or long-term? Explain.
To accomplish these studies the manager has to create a well accommodated workplace for the employees, by doing so, the employees will feel important and they will continue to work effectively. Once the employees like what they are doing they will tend to do it better so they can be noticed or get promoted. I sure think the results will be long-term
