Miami School Negotiations Paper

The school board has hired an expert to redraw school boundaries to submit for next year. Based on this, many students will not be able to stay at their present school. Based on this information I need to develop a plan to address the stakeholders’ concerns by stating who the stakeholders are?, what negotiation strategy will you use to support the school board’s need to redraw the boundaries while addressing the concerns of the stakeholders?, and exactly how will ethics and culture impact my decision? In this paper I will discuss the mention concerns about the board redrawing the boundaries.

Will they be located in a similar economic and cultural boundary? What impact will the redistricting have on their property values? What will the social impacts be on their children?
The negotiation strategy I will use to support the school board’s need to redraw the boundaries is to show a diagram (map) listing the school board’s concerns that if the redistricting is not implemented what negative effects will be if redistricting is not done. The negative effects include and are not limited to overcrowded classrooms, less... [continues]
