Miami School District Negotiation Paper
The Miami School District has announced because of the increased amount of students enrolled this school year, the school boundaries will have to be redrawn in order to accommodate each student. The school was not large enough to hold everyone. Miami School District have put a plan in place and hired some experts to redesign the school this year. By redesigning the school means that there will be some students who will not be returning to the same school next year, which has upset several of the students in the Miami School District. Most of all the parents are concerned about what type of education his or her child will be receiving. There will also be some concern on the increased travel expenses, the affect on property, crossing economic boundaries, and the social effects it will have on the children. This paper will also address the stakeholders and some of their concerns. I will also develop a plan that will address the stakeholders concerns. There will also be a plan to come up with a negotiation strategy to help support the school’s needs to redesign the boundaries with the concern of the stakeholder. The final part of the paper will explain how culture and how ethics will affect the decisions.  
With the kids being redrawn from the same school district puts many stakeholders in the same situation. The school officials, teachers, staff, students, school district and parents are all stakeholders. The students will be faced with personal issues and by the redrawing of the different school that they will be attending. The students will also be faced with the concern of losing his or her friends and also having difficulty trying to understand the schools regulations.
