What Each Team Member Agrees to Do | Why This Is Important to the Team | Check into the CLC regularly to review progress on the assignment. | This will ensure that all team members are tracking the progress of the assignment. Also this allows everyone to be aware of deadlines and provide assistance to other team members. | Contribute ideas and feedback to the group from initial discussions throughout project completion. | Contribution and feedback provide the group with an ability to brainstorm and change things as needed to ensure the project meets the requirements. | Communicate with all CLC members as soon as a problem or issue arises. | By discussing the problem early the members can come up with a solution that will allow the project to stay on track to meet the deadline. | Maintain respectful communications with all team members. | Being courtesy to others gives all team members the respect they deserve and prevents team members from declining to work on the project or ignore other members. | Complete assigned tasks by the deadlines set by the CLC members. | Provides the team with an opportunity to review all the information and make changes as needed prior to the submission deadline of the project. | Take a leadership role in CLC assignments. | Having a leadership role gives one person the ability to keep track of
