Chemalite, Inc.

Abstract

Bennett Alexander, a consulting chemical engineer made an invention of his own. The product was named as Chemalite, it is a small translucent cylinder filled with a chemical in which another chemical in a small glass vial was inserted. If we bend the cylinder the chemicals mix together resulting in a bright yellow-green glow. Alexander expected a high demand for the product, hence he got it patented and on January 2003 Alexander along with his friends and others established a firm Chemalite, Inc for commercial production of chemalites. Alexander holds the responsibility and plays the key role in the operations of the company. On the half yearly share holders meet held on June 2003 Alexander submitted a corporation report which was found to be not convincing for some of them on financial grounds. As it’s time for him to submit the yearend corporation report he has to make sure that it should convince the investor(s) who had very little business knowledge. Alexander must also be clear about his concepts, strategies to run the business and to properly convey the business functions.

Analysis

The core factor that will be discussed during the gathering will be the financial position of the company. To give a clear picture about the current state of affairs and future stands, supporting documents have to be made.
