What is the purpose of this research?
The purpose of this research report is to examine and learn the awareness and the priority setting issues for the need to implement the treatment and care of patients and health Care. Chapter II- Context of the Problem

What exactly is mesothelioma? “Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer that attacks the mesothelium, a membrane that surrounds and protects many of the body’s internal organs as well as the walls of the chest and abdominal cavities (“Livingstone, 2001)”.The term almost always refers to malignant mesothelioma, as cases of the disease are a small fraction of the overall occurrences. “Mesothelioma has become a household word to tens of thousands of U.S. citizens. Mesothelioma is a noncancerous tumor of the lining of the lung and chest cavity, an area called the pleura. Nonmalignant mesothelioma affects men more frequently than women. I f this If the tumor grows to a large size and pushes on the lung, it can lead to shortness of breath. The impact of Mesothelioma cancer and the location of the cancer, which are the lungs. In order to examine the awareness in understanding about mesothelioma cancer of the lungs. It is found in varies locations of the lungs. We understand that it is also located near the mesothelium, and the chest cavity wall opposite the lungs is also covered by the mesothelium. Good nutrition can play a big part in making you feel better and in keeping up your energy, although there is no definitive proof that eating well improves survival rates for mesothelioma cancer patients. Some limited studies suggest for example that eating fruit and vegetables lowers the risk of developing mOpen lung biopsy Four stages of mesothelioma:

Stage 1: “In the early onset of mesothelioma, only one side of the chest will be affected”. In Stage IA, mesothelioma has advanced to a growth spreading in the pleural tissue covering the diaphragm, the muscle which separates the chest cavity from the abdomen (Von Hoff, 2004)”.This may involve the lung and pericardium; it does not yet involve the visceral pleura covering the lung. In Stage IB, mesothelioma will begin to advance to the inner pleural layer (visceral) but is still confined to one side of the chest (Von Hoff, 2004). Stage 2:” Mesothelioma has advanced to form a mass or tumor on the pleural tissue of the lung or the diaphragm. Still confined to one side of the body, the disease has now spread to both layers of the pleura; outer or parietal, covering the diaphragm and inner or visceral of the lung)” (Grainger 2001). Stage 3: “Mesothelioma has penetrated the diaphragm and spread to the pericardium (the thin sac or membrane covering the heart), and may have spread to the chest wall or lymph nodes on the same side as the development of the cancer (Dixon, 2001)”. Stage 4:” Mesothelioma has metastasized (spread to other parts of the body). It may have spread through various areas of the chest wall, grown through the diaphragm and advanced into the peritoneum (the serous membrane that forms the lining of the abdominal cavity (Von Hoff, 2004). Mesothelioma cancer generally results formational exposure but there is instances of environmental exposure to asbestos that can cause mesothelioma disease. Oftentimes second...
