Definition of terms

* Neurotransmitters - are endogenous chemicals that transmit signals from a neuron to a target cell across a synapse. Neurotransmitters are packaged into synaptic vesicles clustered beneath the membrane in the axon terminal, on the presynaptic side of a synapse.

* Psychological - is an academic and applied discipline that involves the scientific study of mental functions and behaviors.

* Aversion - means opposition or repugnance.

* Prevalence - is the proportion of a population found to have a condition.


Depression is the most dangerous or let’s just says that the most complicated illness that human may suffer. It is somewhat of feeling sad or upset but actually people having this kind of illness suffers from the imbalance chemical of the brain which is called “neurotransmitters”. Depression affects the person’s psychological function and can eventually lead to family problems in social life and loss of job. The number of persons that can be affected with this ranges from kids to adult, regardless of their race, ethnic groups, ages, and professions. There are many forms of depressions (in which it is further explained in the body) and also there many people suffering from the different forms of depression. Studies how to prevent these forms of depression in the genes of human, have been conducted to solve this matter. As I explain more about depression, the question: what is depression? What causes depression? What are the different forms of depression and its effects? And many more as you go further, will be answered.

1. What is depression?
Depression is a state of mood and aversion to activity that can have a negative effect on a person’s thoughts, behavior feelings, world view and physical well being The prevalence of depression is higher individuals with chronic diabetes cardiovascular, stroke and etc. depression increase the mortality rates associated with disease. 2. What causes Depression

Most likely, depression is caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental and psychological factors. And also, it is caused by the out balanced chemical in the brain called “neurotransmitters”. Sometimes people leave and untreated the symptoms of depressions. And that’s the reason why people suffer from depression. 3. What are the different forms of depression and its effect? There are many forms of depression, like;
