MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement is executed this ____ day of ___________ by and between:

COLLEGE OF INTERNATIONAL TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (CITHM) – LYCEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES UNIVERSITY (LPU-MLA) with office address at Muralla Corner Real Streets, Intramuros, Manila represented by MA. CHRISTINA G. AQUINO, OFFICER IN-CHARGE, CITHM and / her representative Roberto Z. Zozobrado, Senior OIC, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, the First Party is a duly licensed company that is interested in undertaking a strategic partnership with the Second Party by way of accepting students in its establishment to do their Practicum - an academic program that provides undergraduate students On-the-Job training in reputable companies, training institutions and organizations.
WHEREAS, the Second Party is an educational institution duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education, the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (CITHM) of the Lyceum of the Philippines University, which is operating as a university in Manila, with bachelor’s degree programs in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and Tourism, that require Apprenticeship, Internship and/or On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the terms and conditions hereafter set forth the Parties agreed as they hereafter agree as follows:
1. Service Agreement – the First Party undertakes to accept the qualified students of the Second Party.
2. Obligations of the First Party – The First Party shall:
2.1. Provide all the necessary materials (posters & brochures) and information to the Second Party to promote the First Party’s programs for the university students.
