3316e 9 Aug 2000 MCI 33.16e BASIC NUTRITION 1. Purpose. MCI course 33.16e, Basic Nutrition, has been published in response to a tasking by the Commandant of the Marine Corps to provide a course available to all Marines as part of the Marine Corps’ continuing education program. 2. Scope. MCI course 0381C, Land Navigation, addresses tasks that should be known by all Marines. These include navigating with a map and compass, route planning and preparations, and navigating by natural means. 3. Applicability. This course is intended for instructional purposes only. It is designed for use by Marines in the ranks of private through gunnery sergeant serving in all MOS fields. 4. Recommendations. Comments and recommendations on the contents of the course are invited and will aid in subsequent course revisions. Please complete the course evaluation questionnaire at the end of the final examination. Return the questionnaire and the examination booklet to your proctor.
