Jacob NARRATOR: the ritual of marriage usually and ideally takes place during a mass. Each ceremony has five parts. 1-liturgy of the word, 2- the consent or the vows 3-blessing and exchange of the rings, 4- the nuptial blessing, and 5- the final blessing. Brice MAID OF HONOR/ WITNESS: the liturgy of the word is proclaiming the word of God it he scripture. And the final blessing is the prayer for the couple said by the priest on behalf of all the guests in attendance and in spirit. Ben BEST MAN/WITNESS: the consent or vows is the exchange of promises during the ceremony where the coupe publically says yes to each other, promising their lives together and no one else. Brice MAID OF HONOR/ WITNESS: the blessing and exchanging of rings, which are a sign of love and fidelity. Wearing the ring shows and helps every couple remind them of the one they love, their life partner. Ben BEST MAN/WITNESS: the nuptial blessing is a prayer for God’s grace, peace, love and strength to be with the couple throughout their lives together.
