THE MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Its one month before your 10 yr. high school reunion, and you’re not at that Ideal weight you set for yourself back when graduating. You say to yourself “What should I do to lose this weight fast? “ The master cleanse diet is a easy and quick way to detoxify your body and drop pounds fast so you can walk in your 10 yr. reunion turning heads like you envisioned 10 yrs ago. Following this process and grabbing the essential ingredients will assure you reach you targeted weight. The ingredients are laxatives, sea salt, have an hand or electric juicer, tablespoon measures, natural non-caffeinated herbal teas, syrup, cayenne pepper, and a scale to measure weight loss and your ready to get started.

The first step in this process is to wake up every morning and prepare your daily intake of The Master Cleanse Diet. In preparing your Lemonade for the day you will need 2 tablespoons of fresh or electric squeezed lemon juice, 1/10 of cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and mix in 8 ounces of water. This is going to be your source of energy since you will not be able to eat any foods. After making the lemonade you should drink one fresh glass of water mixed with a pinch of sea salt. I suggest you do this before getting your day started, because the salt water flush will cause you to have frequent and powerful bowel movements. Normally starting 30-60 min after drinking the lemonade the bowel movements should only last for one hour. But you will know the bowel movements are completely done when you can go 15 min without having one.

The second step is going to be ESSENTIAL and performed during the most stressful part of your day mid-day to night.
