i wrote the answers but not in detail i think that u should just put
the relavant stuff in the slides the other ill learn myself ! and
other thing i cant think of the answer to one question that is about
the obstacles mabye we could discuss that tomorow

Q1: Who are our principle competitors?
• Jans
• Chen one
• Imperial
• Stylo
• Different appliances stores (electrical)
Q2: What are there products?
Their products do vary but they offer various stuff as we do. As far
as the retail shops are concerned they sell stuff that is same as
ours.
Q3: Why is our product superior to the competitors, and how is it different?
It is superior in a sense that we do not just serve the common man we
are targeting upper-middle class. It is different then all those other
retails stores in a way that although our products are same but they
are branded and of high quality thus giving us an edge over the
competitors in a very high regard.
STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT
Q1: where is the product in its lifecycle?
We can say that are product is in the early development stage.
Q2: is it ready for the market or is it development?
Although it is in the development stage we can say that our product
is ready for the market as well. Cause the products that we are
providing are needed nowadays so if we enter the market now it could
give us a good start.
Q3: What Obstacles Remain?
The obstacles that remain in our development would be:
• Although the location is decided but the work needs to be done on
the interior.
