Abstract
Marketing is one of the most important aspects in industry today. However it all depends of the attributes that the leaders of those organizations have in order to create a good marketing strategy that will be beneficial for the organization. The challenge is to create a plan that will be well marketed and customers will receive the strategies. Marketing is all about strategies form correctly to create a great atmosphere and have a plan put well together. The question that every one most act is what type of style should a leader use and when to use them when implementing the market strategy. In order answer this question one most knows first the plan that has to be used for a particular situation. Many styles can be used at once and develop for the better of the organization. Many times leaders don’t know what are the plans needed to make grow that organization. Business today depends on the leaders and the development of those plans . Good leaders are in demand and one most recognize the style and the different theories available out there to become an effective marketing strategist. Different studies of Marketing strategies have been implemented and those styles of marketing can include the four P. The four P’s in marketing include Product , price, place and promotion. In studying these different concepts of marketing the leader of today can better make decisions and use different models that best help the individual to make the correct choices when it comes to a strategy plan for business.. Marketing today is turning into situational leadership. Every decision made in those situations can be beneficial for the organization or it can also be one of total devastation. This is why research is of most important and should be taken into consideration to make the correct and exact decision for the plan to be use. The study of these
