Our company was preparing to make an improvement to our products and together with production process. In order to reach our stated goal, we have decided to expand our business by doing global marketplace in the future. International trade is booming now. Since 1969, the number of multinational corporations in the world has grown from 7,000 to more than 70,000. Some of these multinational are true giants. In fact, of the largest 100 economies in the world, only 53 are countries. The remaining 47 are multinational corporations. First and foremost, we are going to market our products to both country that we has already choose for our new target market either than in Malaysia that is Shanghai, China and Singapore. New products innovation was now in progress for our future products. Our company is carried out business in fruit plantation and our plantation is Guava fruit that are available in many species of guava like strawberry guava and one of the most gregarious of fruit trees, the guava, Psidium guajava L. We have decided to plant the guava according to the climate and environment factor that suitable for the guava species and also the place also. Our products that are based on guava fruit previously are sweets that have guava flavor and also preserve guava. Previously we also make the import of the freshly guava fruit to many market and also make it into fresh juice. Now, we are one step forward in our production. Our new innovation in food processing based on guava fruit are the making of Guava jam, Guava jelly and also Guava cocktail. These types of food will be the new variation in our production of food that based on Guava Fruit that was planted at our plantation.

Our first insight about Guava fruit is that when we are making an “eye of view” at our door-yard. We noticed that Guava is a common shade tree or shrub in door-yard gardens in the tropics. Guava fruit today is considered minor in terms of commercial world trade but is widely grown in the tropics, enriching the diet of hundreds of millions of people in the tropics of the world. Guava has spread widely throughout the tropics because it thrives in a variety of soils, propagates easily, and bears fruit relatively quickly. The fruits contain numerous seeds that can produce a mature fruit-bearing plant within four years. Guava fruit also rich in nutrition and can be produced into varieties of food, other that the guava fruit can be eaten raw or making juice, it maybe can be produced into other types of food based on the extraction of the guava and so on. So, we decided to choose guava fruit because we analyzed that this fruit was very potential to reach the market nowadays. 3.1 Market Summary

Our company attempt to reach both domestic and international market as our strategy for our products marketing. Our company also possesses good information and doing good analysis about the market in the countries that we choose as our target market for our becoming product, which is Shanghai and Singapore. After we carried out many research about both countries, we noticed that shanghai and Singapore was our best decision to market our product. 3.2.1 Market Demographics
