1. INTRODUCTION:

              Market is comprises of all the buyers and potential buyers of a product who profess some level of interest in it and who can afford it. Earlier there was no awareness in marketing field, but after Second World War we can saw the emergence of the marketing concept as the prevailing trend in business. So this study will help the T V SUNDRAM & SONS LTD, in knowing the opinion of its customers and help to know what they prefer, is so that, the firm can develop themselves and also providing the expectation of their customers.
1.1 CONCEPT OF MARKETING:

              Different ways are available for doing the marketing; for attracts the customers, but we have to select a prompt path to achieve our goal. For that we put a research on consumers, based on the output we come to the conclusion which is helpful to making decision in marketing. This is said to be “MARKETING RESEARCH SYSTEM”.


According to American Marketing Association (AMA),” Marketing research is the function which links the consumer, customer, and public to the marketer through the information----information used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve understanding of marketing as a process.

                      With an objective to make aware of the functioning of this concern, an attempt has been made to provide the information in question-answer format which may help the customers to choose the products.

WHAT IS MARKETING ATTRACTIVENESS?
            Market attractiveness is the degree to which a market offers opportunities to an organization, taking into account the market size and growth rate and the level of competition and other constraints.
