Nestle was established in 1866 with headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland by Henri Nestle till today is the World’s biggest food and Beverage Company. Marketing is the process of executing and planning the production, promotion, pricing and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy organizational and individual goals. While strategy is the action plan to do something. Marketing Strategy is the managerial process of maintaining and developing a viable fit between the organization’s objectives, resources and skills and its changing market opportunities. The aim of marketing strategy is to shape the company’s business and products so that they produce targeted profit growth.


Nestle’s foundation was built in 1867 on humanist needs and social responsibility when Henri Nestle, a trained pharmacist, developed a economical and healthy alternative source of infant nutrition to save the life of an infant who could not be breastfed.  Today after more than 140 years, Nestle continues with its founder’s legacy to improve and upgrade the lives.

Nestle Norden's aim is to meet the various type of needs by the consumer every day because the marketing and selling food of a consistently high quality. The mission statement of the company put the emphasis on the presence in nearly every country. It promises in its mission statement that the company will comprehend the need of its customers and provide the best products to fulfill the needs of its customer. The mission also mentioned the high quality which is maintained in the wide range of products of Nestle. The company guarantees that they provide the best range of food products to remain the first preference of its consumers.

Nestle presume that, as a general rule, legislation is the most impactful safeguard of responsible conduct, although in certain areas, accessional guidance to staff in the form of voluntary business principles is beneficial in order to assure that the highest standards are met throughout the organization.
